1. Payment Schedule :

a. Initially an amount of Rs. 25,000/- shall be paid as Booking Amount.
b. Allotment amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- shall be paid within one month from the date of Booking.
c. Rest amount shall be paid in Qly basis i.e 15% by 4th month from the date of booking, 15% by 7th month, 25% by 10 month and full & final payment shall be paid by 12th month.
d. Instalment shall be paid by 5th of 4th, 7th and 10th months. Grace period of 10 days will be allowed and thereafter interest will be charged @ 24% on pending instalments.
e. Customer has to pay an amount of Rs. 200/- as registration fee along with the booking amount to become a member in SSLS Nagar Project.

2. An extra cost of Rs. 1000 per Ankanam for East, North facing plots and Rs. 1500 per Ankanam Corner plots will be charged.
3. Registration of membership will not be treated as allotment. Customer can reserve a plot on paying the booking amount and plot will be allotted. Only on payment of allotment amount as maintained in the payment schedule. Plots will be allotted on first cum first service serve basis only.
4. Drafts Sale deed will be given to the customer one before registration. And after signing the draft sale deed by customer, registration will be done and customer can collect the original sale deed from the company. Any modifications or corrections (except spelling mistakes) will not be accepted in the original sale deed given by the company. If the customer is out of station, he/she can authorize his/her respective representative by the giving a valid authorization letter duly attesting the representative signature.
5. Possession of the plot will be given only after receiving the total consideration amount and after the completion of the registration.
6. Letters, reminders, notices etc . will be sent to the customer to the address mentioned in the registration form. Any change in the address shall be intimated in writing to customarcare sslsrealestatesconstructions99@gmail.com along with a proper address proof.
7. However the customer can assign his/her plot by paying 15% of the paid amount as assignment charges to the company.
8. In case a customer books two plots and discontinues to pay instillments and desires to adjust discontinued amount to another plot, Clause No. 16 will be applicable.
9. Customer will be given a WELCOME GIFT of kitchen wear worth Rs 3,000/- at the time of booking Customer opting Direct Registration will be given a special gift of LED TV worth Rs 10,000/- on receipt of total consideration amount.
10. The company reserves the right to alter or amend any/all the terms & conditions stipulated above without assigning any reason thereof and without any notice.
11. The customer himself/herself relied on his/her judgment and investigation while applying for the allotment of the plot and he/she has note relied upon and /or influenced by the advertisements, representations and warranties made by the company.
12. All the payments shall be made by way of crossed cheque, Demand Drafts in favour of SSLS Realestate & Construction. Ltd., payable at Tirupati.
13. Legal disputes if any pertaining to this project will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tirupati courts only. I understood all the above terms and conditions in my own vernacular language and agreed up on the same.
14. Construction of house will be provided on EMI basis for the customers.
